To rent a car from Vida Rent, you must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license. Certain vehicle categories may require a higher minimum age and an additional fee may apply.

Yes, you can modify, extend, or cancel the reservation through the reservation management section on the website, by phone, via WhatsApp message, or by email.

You need a valid driver’s license for at least 6 months, depending on the vehicle category, and an identity card or passport.

Yes, you can add additional drivers to the reservation, but you must notify us before signing the rental agreement. After signing, no additional drivers can be added.

For the best long-term rental offers, we recommend contacting us directly for a personalized quote based on your needs.

The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when you received it. Otherwise, additional fees apply. The car must also be clean inside and out; if you cannot clean it, an extra fee of €10 will apply.

You can pay in cash, with debit or credit card, or by bank transfer.

We accept payments in any currency, and the conversion rate is based on the BNR rate on the payment day.

If you wish to extend the rental period, please contact us, and we will try to accommodate you based on vehicle availability. In some cases, a vehicle change may be necessary.

In case of a road incident, you must contact us by phone as soon as possible. We do not recommend emailing in such cases. We will guide you step by step to obtain the necessary documents and resolve the situation.

You can pick up the car from our headquarters in Cluj-Napoca, Str. Zborului nr. 2A, from the arrivals terminal of Cluj-Napoca International Airport, at the requested address in the city of Cluj-Napoca (delivery fee €10 applies), or from other cities—see the full list. Dislocation fees apply.
